Resolution adopted by City of Columbia, Office of City Council, recognizing the Columbia High School football team's "most enviable record" and directing that a silver cup be presented "as an emblem of love and appreciation from the people of Columbia for the victories that came out of good, clean, hard fighting." Signed by Mayor W.A. Coleman and City Clerk G.F. Cooper.
